The All-Valley program is designed for the new player or the players transitioning from 8U Academy into a team setting. This is our first program that is separated by gender and has a designated coach or coaches for the team.
Team Formation: Teams will be either boys or girls of 10-12 players.
Duration: Two sessions per week for eight weeks per season with games each weekend and a 10U Jamboree or tournament at the end of each season.
Fees include: Full club uniform*(2 jerseys, shorts and socks), secondary player insurance, coaching fees, administrative fees, equipment, field rental, field lining, weekly games, and the end of the season jamboree. (The uniform is only included once per year.)
Location: Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs.
Season Dates: Season begins August 27th. No games on Labor Day weekend.
Games: Games are every Saturday and some Sundays for 8 weeks in the Fall and 8 weeks in the Spring.
Jamboree Dates: The first weekend after Labor Day (fall) and Memorial Day Weekend at the Rocky Mountain Invitational (spring).
Practice Days/Times: M/W or T/Th (2x/week)
- When groups are created, players will be placed in a group with a schedule that best matches the preferences indicated by the player during registration.
- If you would like to be involved with coaching this age-group, please consider registering as a coach/co-coach when you register you player. We do pay our coaches at this age level.
- We offer free coach training sessions and provide weekly curriculum.
Waitlists: If registration is completed by the published deadline, priority will be given to return to their former group if requested. Finally, we place our wait list players in groups that need kids. We cannot guarantee special requests but will certainly attempt to grant them.
Programs do not include:
- Additional individual training sessions (please see additional training tab for those options)
- Additional team clothing will be available for purchase through our club uniform site.
- Indoor training and/or leagues.
- Misc. costs such as coach gifts, team parties, a team bench, flags, tents, and/or similar items that are normally purchased for a team.
